My vision is enhanced communication between agencies, organizations and their customers, and improved coordination of interagency activity at all levels – Federal, state and local government cooperation. I also foresee flexible, performance-based environments that embrace technology to get work done more efficiently. My speaking, writing and training is focused on fostering this vision for the future of the public and social sectors.
