Below are the slides from the presentation that Ari Herzog and I delivered at the Advanced Learning Institute’s “Social Media for Government” conference in Washington, DC, on March 26. We walked participants through a process of solidifying their social media ideas, prioritizing them, establishing some metrics and creating an action plan that sets the foundation to gain stakeholder/champion buy-in and creates the initial framework for implementation.
